A room, not a number of places

Most ticketing counts. This one knows where each person sits, how many times the show runs, and which currency your church is paid in.

Seating plan and numbered seats
Draw the stalls and the balcony once: the room serves every event held there. Zones, accessible seats, blocked seats. Two people cannot buy the same chair - the database guarantees it, not a check that arrives too late.
Several sessions, one poster
A three-day conference with parallel workshops, or a show performed three times with 300 seats for each showing. Every session has its own time, room, capacity and check-in.
Five languages, your currency
The public page speaks French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch. Prices are in your church's currency, and the ticket goes out in the attendee's language.

At the door, with the queue outside

That is when a tool is judged. Not in a demo, but in a basement hall with three hundred people.

Scan with the phone camera
No scanner to buy. The volunteer opens the door screen, aims at the QR, the person walks in. The ticket works on a screen, on the printed PDF, or on the badge.
It carries on when the network drops
Every entry is stored on the device, with the time of the scan and not of the sending. As soon as the connection is back, everything goes on its own. While it has not gone, the screen says so - it never pretends.
Several doors at once
Open the screen on as many phones as you have entrances. Somebody scanned twice is only counted once. And when a phone is flat, you find them by name - the list stays searchable offline.

What a general-purpose ticketing tool will never do

It sells a ticket and stops. We know your rooms, your service plan and your accounts.

The room books itself
Publishing an event books its slot. If the room is already taken, publishing is refused - and the message names the activity in the way, its date and its time, instead of a bare “clash” you would have to hunt down screen by screen.
Revenue reaches the ledger
What you take in appears in your accounts, net of commission. Sanctumel never holds the money: it goes straight to your church's account.
The event knows your church
It links to the service plan, the running order, the rooms. Your followers are notified on publication. Attendance reaches your dashboard.

What this module does, and what it does not do yet

  • Badge printing on a label printer: badges print on an A4 sheet to cut up
