SANCTUMEL MEET

The board met online. Three weeks later, nobody can find what was decided.

Anyone can open a video room. What a church lacks is the document that outlives the call: the agenda, who said what, what was decided, and who does what next. Meet runs the meeting and produces the minutes.

Around this table

The board met here. What is left of it should fit on a page, not in a video file.

The room

A link that changes every week is a link half the church misses.

The Tuesday prayer meeting does not need a new appointment every week. It needs a door that stays in the same place, and opens at the appointed hour.

An address that stays put
A permanent room keeps its address: you share it once and it serves all year. Dated meetings keep their own link.
It opens by itself
Give it its days, its time and its duration: the room opens fifteen minutes early and closes afterwards. The Friday 6 pm service is ready every Friday at 5:45, with nobody thinking about it.
The meeting lasts as long as it should
No timer cutting the prayer off at minute forty, no extra option to pay for: video meetings are included in the Sanctumel subscription, waiting room and password included.

The invitation

The invitation goes where people already are, not where we wish they were.

A church does not summon people through a shared calendar. It summons them on WhatsApp, by email, and with a poster at the back of the hall. All three must say the same thing, or nobody arrives at the same time.

WhatsApp, in one tap
The invitation text is ready to paste: church name, subject, date, link. One button drops it into the group chat.
The reminder goes out by itself
Build the list once: members, and regulars without a record, a name and an email are enough. The reminder reaches everyone, in the church's language, at the delay you choose before the hour.
A QR in the church colours
For the poster at the back or the screen before the service. Whoever has no WhatsApp scans and joins.
The minutes

A two-hour recording does not answer « what did we decide? »

That is the question that comes back three weeks later, and video is the worst place to look for it. A non-profit needs minutes: a document, read in two minutes, filed away.

The agenda, with its timings
Each item has a presenter and a planned duration. The meeting is prepared before it opens, and it fits the time announced.
Who said what, and what was settled
Contributions are noted as the meeting runs, with the name and role of the speaker. Then decisions and next steps, kept apart: what is settled on one side, what remains to be done on the other.
A PDF on church letterhead
The minutes come out as a PDF on the church letterhead, with the recorder and the approval. That is the document you file and bring back to the general assembly.

What Meet does, and what it does not

A product page that only says good things is a page nobody believes. Here is the exact limit.

What it does
  • Permanent rooms that open by themselves at the scheduled hour, or dated meetings, with waiting room and password.
  • Invitations by link, church QR and WhatsApp, and automatic email reminders to a chosen list, members or not.
  • The agenda, the contributions, the decisions and the next steps.
  • The minutes as a PDF, on church letterhead.
What it does not do
  • This is not a better video call than the ones you know. Video is not the argument, the minutes are.
  • The minutes are written by a person. Nothing writes in your place, and no automatic transcription is promised.
  • The number of participants depends on your setup. We do not advertise a figure we have not measured at your church.

The next meeting can leave a trace.

Open a room, invite, and walk away with the document rather than a video file nobody will reopen.
